After School Program

The Step Up-After School and Summer Camp offers children ages 6-12, out of school care with a variety of activities geared to stimulate learning skills in an enjoyable environment.

​Our free after school program provides at least 45 minutes of literacy and structured physical fitness activities each day. Daily, staff is available to assist students with their homework or class projects. Weekly, enrichment classes provide instruction in the areas of art, martial arts, STEM, and cultural awareness. The program incorporates a social skills development curriculum that allows students to cultivate character and leaderships skills, while promoting concepts of self-worth and the importance of positive choices. Each student receives a daily nutritious snack and is taught about the importance of healthy living. All of these activities are offered at a minimal registration fee. Slots are limited, so enroll today!

​Our Summer Program also provides daily instruction in literacy and physical fitness. In addition to the after school enrichment classes, during the summer we also provide theater, cooking, STEM, and planned field trips. The Summer Program provides campers with lunch and snack. Registration for this program begins in early March and is also provided at minimal registration fee. To be placed on our mailing list to receive an application.
